This special of the day was really delicious, and an enormous portion. When I haven’t
had potatoes for awhile, they taste like the best thing in the whole world. This dish was a nicely seasoned hash: potatoes, peppers, onions, braised greens, cauliflower, and probably more, garnished with avocado. Gabriel’s is a farm to table restaurant, all local farms, and very well run. They have a soup token program –you can buy one or more to give out to someone who might need a hot meal, redeemable for a hot container of soup, bread and butter.
