Two generous scoops of house-made chickpea (it wasn’t slices of Zeastar or watermelon
tuna like I thought it was gonna be), kimchi, organic brown rice, and shredded veggies served over spring mix. I loved the creamy avocado-lime-cilantro vinaigrette and wished it came with more of it! A sweet component (like sweet pickled veggies) would have made it great, in my opinion, but I liked it overall.
