This place has build-your-own sushi and rice bowls and was fantastic. I love this place

Fusian has really good, quick fresh sushi. They have a lot of veggie options including
tofu. I usually get the standard carrots, beets, cucumber, avocado. They will even slice your sushi separately as to avoid crossing animal products.
Fusian serves tasty sushi with friendly service! They also compost and recycle!
