reminded him of chicken! deep fried abalone mushrooms but really wasn’t too greasy, yet the mushrooms retained a really nice crunch. they got a little soggy after a while but I really like that soggy crunchy texture with a slight chew! this was also slightly spicy, and the sauce was the right balance of sweet and sour
