This consisted of luscious, melty GOOD PLANeT Foods mozzarella, tender and sweet apples and pears, red onions, creamy and piquant 🐄 🥛-free blue cheese, and 🐝-free hot honey on a thick sourdough crust with crisp edges and a light and airy crumb inside. This was fabulous, with brilliant flavor contrasts. It can be prepared gluten-free.
