Fruit confit (complementary dessert)

Again, just wow! Raspberry fruit confit. Super sweet, super flavourful, super satisfying, super juicy, simply amazing. This reminded me of my childhood in south of france and my great grand mother making these. I could only eat one because it was a lot, but wow! Thank you!
