Frijoles Y Papas

These consisted of thinly sliced golden potatoes with black beans, shredded lettuce, house guacamole and verde aioli all tucked into a fluffy arepa (cornmeal cake). Shown with the spicy and sweet Green Goblin sauce that was served on the side. They were fun and full of flavor. (GF)

Hands down best smelling food my nose has ever had the pleasure to know. Thinly sliced golden potatoes with black beans, lettuce, guac, aioli inside an arepa. Yum. Pretty messy but bet your ass it's worth it. The planted pdx food truck opened just last September. It's already a Portland treasure.
