Yum!! I loved how this restaurant catered to various eaters and the dishes were customizable (grain, potato, or greens based; choose your protein; select a sauce). I picked a fresh salad and slaw base with the crispy seasoned tofu protein and a delicious chimmichuri sauce! I asked for the boba pearls on the side because I thought the sweetness would be a bit odd and I was glad I did. I normally don’t love fried food, especially tofu so I was a little hesitant about this option. However it pleasantly surprised me by being super full of flavor and not greasy or heavy at all! My Omni dad and sister tried it out and both really enjoyed it too, which was a big win! Kinda pricy but the options and ambiance are worth it. This was a great nourishing, flavorful, and energizing meal to power me through a day in the parks! #waltdisneyworldvegan #veganmeals #salad #tofu #florida #tofulover #crispytofu

This is a unique option for a quick service meal. It’s part of a “build your own bowl” option. For the base you can either get a potato hash, rice and beans, or a salad. I got the potatoes, but I didn’t like them as much as I thought I would, so I would choose a different base next time. The only vegan sauce is the charred green onion vinaigrette, but I just got it without sauce. I appreciate that the mobile ordering menu (seen in my second picture) shows only the plant based options by default and hides the nonvegan options in a “read more” menu, making it easy to order vegan. The tofu is crispy and flavorful, and not too spicy.
