Fried Noodle with Vegetable and Tofu (with Spaghetti)

⚠️ Caution! This dish is not vegan if you don't tell the servers you'd like noodles without eggs. They typically use egg noodles for this meal, but as I required, they swapped them out for spaghetti without egg for me. Highly appreciated. 🫶🏼 I enjoyed this meal, only the raw-ish tofu was a bit disappointing. Super cheap for a nice bowl though so you won't hear me complain.
