Crispy, juicy oyster mushrooms - great batter. The sauce was mouth wateringly tangy and sweet

again fried very well and not oily. went really well with the dipping sauce

Tasty dish, similar to fried soft shell crab dish. The sauce by the side was a surprise. It was sweet and sour. Nice touch to the dish.
