Fried Eggplant Tacos

These tacos were beautiful and tasted amazing. 3 come with the order. Also had the Basil and Melon Cocktail which was so good as well. You could tell the owner takes pride in her work and loves what she does!

Vegan restaurant in Arecibo. These tacos were 10 out of 10 delicious. Bit of a drive from San Juan, but totally worth it.
