Crispy Dumplings

The wonton skin wrappers were crispy and not oily at all. They were generously filled with a spinach filling. The sauce had a bit of nice spicy kick. It was served with a lime wedge that was placed on top of the sauce so that I got sauce everywhere when I tried to fish it out, and it was slippery and hard to squeeze because of this. Excellent dish.
