Free the Robot is back! This place shut down for a while during Covid but
recently reopened. I used to crave their portobello burger and waffle fries but sadly neither made it back on the menu. But they do have some awesome vegan options including this amazing roasted cauliflower salad. It’s actually normally served with a boiled egg so be sure to get it #veganized when you order it.
Roasted cauliflower, spinach, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage and nuts. What’s not to love?!
