Spare Ribs

Spare ribs served with mustard, Peppers, sauerkraut and fresh bread. Kind of basic food in austria but usually you don‘t get rhe vegan version. Very good and filling.

The ribs tasted for me to much of soja but the fries and the sauce were great.

Fantastic taste! No idea what spare ribs from animals taste like because have always been disgusted by those, but no matter how close this gets - it simply is delicious 😋
