This pepperoni 🍕 slice from Forever Pie was delicious and the perfect fuel we needed.
It features Beyond Meat Pepperoni. I really hope this pepperoni is available in stores soon; I’ve had a really delicious speciality pepperoni from a small vegan business before but honestly all of the accessible brands fall pretty short without tweaking (in my opinion) and this may be a game changer.
The dough is chewy and pliable but not soggy. The cheese melted nicely and was the perfect amount. There was a splash of pesto on the pizza that was super tasty but I’m not sure I’d that was a happy accident?
10/10 (yes the festival prices are tough BUT for what amounts to two normal sized pieces of speciality vegan pizza - not the worst!)
