YUM. Peanut sauce is tricky for me, it’s something that has to be done just right and they nail it.
This consisted of tofu dusted in nutritional yeast, brown rice, broccoli, peanuts, shredded carrots, and house peanut sauce. The flavoring was not only peanutty, but also delightfully smoky.
