I actually loved every part of this breakfast. The smashed "peacado" really surprised me by
how good it was. Everything tasted lovely and very fresh, best cooked breakfast I've had in ages
A full vegan breakfast! Delicious and very filling. The tofu scramble is a particular highlight.
