VEGANI was already full so I only ate half a sandwich. I still regret it. It was amazing.
The textures and the presentation were perfect! My only complaint is the actual chick'n lacked in flavor. I will add the buffalo sauce or their wonderful vegan ranch to it next time. Really cool to be able to get this from a good truck!
This is literally one of the most wonderful vegan meals I’ve ever had and that’s saying something because I’ve had a lot of amazing vegan food. The texture is absolutely perfect and so is the flavor. It’s Seitan based ‘chicken’ with arugula and a pretzel 🥨 bun which whatever vegan mayo HB uses plus tomato, pickle and onion. Everyone needs to eat this!
