i knew i had to post a review of this when i had a bite of this (house-made!) crispy chicken, it was definitely some of the best i’ve ever had!! the breading had the most perfect texture and flavor. it was balanced perfectly by all the fresh ingredients in this bowl like fermented bean sprouts, asparagus kimchi, snap peas, and citrus corn salsa! this was so delicious! i came here for this vegan chef challenge item, but believe i’ve discovered a gem, they have many more delicious looking vegan items on their menu so i’ll definitely be coming back to show them more support!
