Two beauties: this salad and my colleague Anna🤍 I just can't repeat enough
how much I enjoyed this meal! The atmosphere was lovely and this dish was just so light but full of flavour at the same time. It has cavolo nero (first time I tried it raw and it's a yes!), beetroot, carrots, quinua, pecans, pomegranate, a maple and pecan dressing, and crumbled vegan feta. Simply amazing!
