Bought this from Fons at a local farmers market so not sure if this is
a regular menu item. But omg sooo good!! It's soft, moist, and delicious. Has a lovely coconut flavor. It's also made with aquafaba--I know that's a great vegan baking replacement, but I'm too lazy to make something with it when I buy canned chickpeas lol
This was $10 and is enough for 1-2 servings.
