Vegan, Gluten Free Mozzarella Bites
In one bowl, mix 3/4 all purpose gluten free flour, 1 cup Good Karma unsweetened flax milk, a tablespoon of garlic, a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of paprika, and a teaspoon of onion powder. Mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup Ian’s gluten free panko crumbs, two tablespoons paprika, one tablespoon garlic, one teaspoon black pepper, one tablespoon chili powder. Mix so all seasonings are throughout mixture.

Slice Follow Your Heart Mozzarella block into bite size pieces. Dip into batter first, letting excess drip off. Coat in crumbs, then place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, and the flip over and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Allow to cool for a few minutes
Serve alone, with marinara, or your favorite dressing/sauce!
