This is a new bakery in Milan that defines itself as "a bit Georgian, certainly Nordic, obviously Milanese". They have inside the traditional Georgian oven, the tone. Here you can find khachapuri, shotis puri and other breads from different traditions all with quality flour and sustainable products that comes from cultivation methods respectful of the planet and of workers. I love this part even if, of course, not all the bread are vegan.
I arrived late so I couldn't try the traditional breads but this focaccia is absolutely great
This place must be tried.
