Fluunt Burger (tomato sauce)

The patty in this burger was made from soy. What I really enjoyed was how the slight bitterness of the tomato slice really enhanced the flavour of the burger overall. Before this burger, I didn’t enjoy fresh tomatoes. I think this burger changed my mind about them!
