Fluffy White BBQ Chicky Sandwich

My go-to sandwich at Basil & Bunny! Seitan fried “chicken” with white BBQ sauce, crispy onions, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. (In this picture, I also have their Cheezy Bunny Fries with cashew cheese, pickled onions, and chives. And a Guava Hibiscus Mocktail from Kristi’s Kraftails. All delicious!)
