This massive salad is completely raw. There are 2 kinds of raw hummus, zucchini noodles,
tomatos, pickled cucumbers and some red cabbage. Everything was perfectly fresh and the portion was huge. Very nice if you are looking for a healthy, yet satisfying option. #salad #raw #barcelonavegan

found this photo of a salad bowl I had in Flax and Kale in the pre-COVID days.
The Superfood salad bowl has zucchini noddles and is topped with crunchy salad leaves and 2 types of hummus.
It was original, nutritious and delicious - and I can't wait to have it again when I go back! 🥗🥬💚
