Ravioli de espelta con cúrcuma relleno de beta carotenos (zanahoria, boniato, pera, maca, levadura nutricional,
harina de almendras) con salsa suave de calabaza. Nada del otro mundo y cantidad justa por los 14€ que cuesta.
What a funny name 😆 anyway, I treated myself to an expensive brunch here and
I definitely understood that I don’t really like these places with healthy food and high prices. I mean, the environment was stunning, and I got such a nice spot on the terrace (always by coming in early). But 4 ravioli were 13€ 🥵 and they just tasted like vegetables to me. Honestly I like much more to spend 3 hours making ravioli myself, especially now that we are entering autumn again. And then go eat in vegan junk food places. #veganisnotscary
Molt originals i de presentació impecable. El ravioli és molt bo; la salsa és bastant
suau i la veritat és que me l'esperava una mica més forta, sembla més aviat com una crema. Però sigui com sigui el resultat és bo.
