Lion Mane Thick Broth Yee Noodles

Wow!!😮 I was totally surprised at the H-U-G-E serving of this dish! I used my chopstick to show you how big the plate is- do you notice the plate is l-o-n-g-e-r than the chopstick. That is how huge the plate is! That is so much food. The fried Yee noodles portion is just right - small. 😆If you are thinking of the Yee noodle portion on its own, you will still be hungry! But, Sauté is never going to let that happened! The thick broth is filled with LOTS of ingredients- carrots, green vegetables, black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, 🍄‍🟫, Tau Hu Pok-fried beancurd, & a good serving of soft Lion Mane Mushrooms chunks! Topped with a super crunchy fried yuba! The mock fish filling is so good & flavorful-I love the saltiness 🤣 You can have add on at special prices. I took “advantage” & order a Yuba at $1++which I “should not.” I didn’t know there was already a yuba crowning this dish! Hence, I ended up with two yuba😅 I was really filled to the brim! I actually wish that my hubby was here with me, he would help me to finish my food 🤣 This is a lunch set at S$12.90++ (with service charge & tax, $15.47. It includes a huge mug of ice lemon tea-which I wrote a separate review:) This dish is definitely worth your money 💰 Sauté has once more left me deeply impressed. Boy oh boy this was a huge portion dish! The #gravy was the thick horfun type. Tasty but just a tad sweet. Served with lots of vege, #lionmane #mushrooms #yuba #taupok. Couldn’t finish it as we ordered a bit too much-so i tabao this back so it was practically a 2 meal portion.

the amount of ingredients (veggies, mushrooms, etc.) was good and the yee noodles stayed crunchy in the broth. the broth came really hot I scalded my tongue oops 🥵

This dish wasn’t the best thing I had here at Flavours. Noodles was crispy which was good but the broth wasn’t that nice. The portion was so big, easily two people can eat (or may be i am really a small eater). Overall, I was just disappointed. :(

Loved this dish! I see why it’s one of their signature dishes, the noodles were nice and crispy with a good brothy soup under it. It had a wonderful flavor and reminded me of chow mian
