a dining area they're also listed as a restaurant here. Fun fact #2 - This comes from their grocery section but I couldn't identify the manufacturer. Therefore I'm filing it as a restaurant dish 😂
The business owner is friendly and confirmed to me that this is animal-free. It's a creative (and supposedly healthy) take on the #ricedumpling, wherein the usual glutinous rice is replaced with #millet 😉 I won't deny that it throws the texture off by a fair bit, but then the flavour continues to be good, and the fillings are generous too 🙂 There are two #chestnut halves, the customary #shiitake #mushroom, some beans, and two lumps of seasoned #hericiummushroom masquerading as meat 😋 As an occasional penance for my terrible dietary regimen, I think this is a suitable compromise 😛
