Filetto 3D striploin

3d printed vegetable fillet with seasonal vegetables and primitivo reduction. Very good, very meaty with almost meat texture. In the beginning I thought it tasted a bit fishy but then actually it came very tasty. It was nicely presented with sweet potato slices and eatable flowers.

Considerato il costo del piatto (30€) me lo aspettavo molto migliore. Sembrava crudo e la salsa di accompagnamento non dava nulla di più
