Fettuccine With Walnut Pesto And Roasted Cauliflower (vegetarian)

Even though I like the nutrition from walnut, it’s too chunky and heavy for the pesto sauce to actually stick onto the fettuccine. I think that’s one of the reasons why the taste is too mild.
