This was a tasty tofu scramble dish. I liked that it was garnished with cilantro
(my personal favourite). Nice medium heat in the dish and plenty of tasty veggies.
Really nice tofu scramble - the salsa brings it to the next level. My only
suggestion would be to have jam on the bread.
