At first when I saw this pizza I was like “ok this looks average.. decent!”

Number one pizza spot in Obs? Definitely Ferdinando's! They have ruined all other pizza places
for me. Not only is their story one of the sweetest tales I've heard, you can feel the love they put into this place the second you walk in the door... And you can definitely taste it in their food! The first time we ate here we couldn't choose one pizza so we got two. This one is the Margie, it has a delicious, freshly made tomato base, with basil, and vegan cheese. It may sound like a plain pizza, but the amount of flavor from those three ingredients, combined with their dough for the base, it just works, and it is amazing. All I can say is, I had the best time eating this pizza. Their unique base is chewy and fresh and doesn't take anything away from the ingredients on it, but rather adds flavor to the whole experience. If you're one of those people that don't like pizza with a thick, doughy base, Ferdinando's pizza is definitely one you should try! I can go on and on about this place and their delicious food all day, another thing I love about them is that everything is hand made. The menu is hand painted, and every pizza box (for deliveries/takeaway) is also hand painted. You can not go wrong with this place, it is hands down my most favorite pizza place of all time. Best of all? They have a special on Tuesdays where you can get 2 of these delicious Margies for the price of one! It doesn't get better than Ferdinando's ❤️

I would recommend the vegana pizza over this one.
Not much to look at but it was delicious. They use a nut based mozzarella
which is soft and creamy. Some of the best pizza bases in Cape Town. Slightly overpriced.
Their two for one vegan Margherita option on a Tuesday is great for friends sharing,
definitely not their tastiest vegan option but still good. Their pizza is in the R100-R200 price range. The vibe at Ferdinando's is very welcoming.
