Al Baba Sababa Vegan Pizza with Hummus Base

This must be the best vegan pizza I have ever tasted! The butternut and caramelized

onions was so sweet and tasty, I loved every bite. And on Mondays you get a free glass of wine with every meatless pizza ordered. I'll probably go back every Monday for this pizza. I'm already thinking of getting this pizza for takeaway sometime today. This is really so so so good!

Hummus base, with grilled baby marrows, caramelized onions, butternut and balsamic reduction. Very unique pizza,

but tastes really good.

Worth a try as a really unique type of pizza. The default does not have

vegan cheese so it's got a hummus base and a rich variety of toppings for a different flavour. Definitely worth a try as an experiment at least.

If you can put aside the idea that pizza must have cheese, this is a

very good pizza with a hummus base. I like this grilled veg they use on it, and it's nice to share this as well as a cheesy pizza with friends! Unique and interesting, and probably more nutritious!

Horrific photo of a delicious pizza. I wasn't sure about the hummus base when I

read it on the menu but thought I'd try something new - and so happy I did. It's totally unique but really works well. Definitely recommend. My only issue is the crusts are sooooo thick, it's just like bread at the ends and I didn't want to eat them. #veganisnotscary
