Farmers Omelette

I can say that this farmers omelette is one of my favorite dishes at juicy brew, the tofu/chickpea casing covering the plethora of locally grown vegetables is always a savory treat! #aloha

Amazing! Chickpea & tofu, Kahumana Farm Hub green eggplant, Ahiki Acres daikon, Bear Claw Farmers kale, sriracha aioli, Guansheng Acue negi, fennel, and a side salad. Choice of sourdough toast or rice, but I asked for salad. They are so accommodating and the food is delicious! #aloha #vegan #plantbased
