Rad Rabbit makes my favorite #pizza in town. I affectionately call them "hippie pizza" because I get them with #sprouts and extra veggies piled on and their #glutenfree crust which is a bit strange sometimes and not for everyone haha. But they also have a normal crust and more traditional pizza here too.
I added some spinach, vegan chicken and sprouts to this pizza that already had #pesto , mushroom, tomato and onion. It had plenty of #cheese too. The only thing is that the crust was really gooey. It has a sticky texture and was even sticking to the box. It seems a bit undercooked and raw. I don't think it is because the edges and bottom look done but it's the ingredients they use. And this was a takeout so sitting in the box I think made it more gooey. The pizza arrived very fresh and hot but in the box the sunflower sprouts also got streamed and looked kinda sad compared to their usual green vibrance they add to the pizza. Overall I still loved this pizza and devoured the entire thing after a very long hectic day!!
