Wow! This was incredible and one of my favorite things I've ever eaten and I can't believe how healthy it was, too! This place was really neat and that pride themselves on serving raw living whole foods that fuel your body and make you feel good. This wrap was filled with quinoa, macadamia falafel, fresh tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, creamy hummus made with cashews, Kalamata olives, mint, ginger, wrapped in collards and a coconut wrap. It was bursting with flavor.
