The Falafel Nest Salad is topped with a crispy falafel served over organic greens, shaved cucumber, creamy avocado, and house-made beet hummus. The signature maple dressing, drizzle of vegan matcha sauce, and sprinkle of hemp seeds were the perfect addition.
