I decided to try this on a whim while at the tap room today. The
25 mg of CBD sounded enticing, like an invitation to a very chill evening - something I was already planning on having. Why not chill harder, eh?
As someone who normally drinks beer, this took a bit of getting used to. The hop/terpene profile imparted a fruitiness that reminded me most of grapefruit + the hoppiness of an IPA. Alas, it felt out of place without the other grains usually present in beer. The taste registered initially as a watery IPA. All said, I could see this being a refreshing beverage on a hot day - and quite crushable!
