Exotic Mushroom rice paper roll

Bought this mini rice paper roll at Plants new market venue at the Labia. It was tasty although I m not a fan of rice paper generally, this was nice and cocktail size which came with a very nice dipping sauce.

This dish was a taste explosion the only thing I wanted was more. #ashers
