Yum! The smoked carrot lox in this is nice! I got my hollandaise sauce on
the side this time so it wouldn't absorb into the rest of the food so quickly. I just wish the egg yolks had been runny as they are supposed to be. This seems to be an ongoing issue as everyone I've spoken to has had the same thing happen.
