I also got to try these vanilla flourless drop cookies from the cooperative grocery and
deli in Pensacola, Florida. These were great and you wouldn't know they were #glutenfree . They are very sweet and melt in your mouth, and they were very reminiscent of holiday cookies as a kid. The flavor was excellent. I'm so basic, but I love vanilla, and I loved the small touch of frosting. They use primarily organic and minimally processed ingredients as well, and being a cooperative employees are paid fare wages, which I love to see from a company. Price wise, you pay per cookie, and this was somewhere around $2, so I'd say it was a pretty good value. Overall, I would give these a 9/10. The flavor and value were great, the only downside I see is as it's a cookie, it's not going to be as nutritious
