PULLED PORK STYLE MUSHROOMS BURGER

Served on a charcuterie board, a nice presentation. A soft yet lofty brioche style bun loaded with tasty mushrooms and topped with coleslaw and slathered in a slightly sweet sauce. I had mine with a fantastic ceasar salad which was perfectly dressed including whole grain croutons, capers and vegan Parmesan. My husband had his with perfectly crispy , home style fries.

So. If you like "pulled" style foods this is probably for you. It was not for me...
