Estofado De Nopal, Elote Y Salchicha, Arroz Integral.

I have to be honest, when I first so this plate the sausage with corn didntlook appetizing at all to me. But I went ahead and tried it and it was actually pretty decent. The nopal estofado was pretty good! Highly recommended.
