The sauce of the seitan escalope was beyond delicious!! I think it was some kind of mushroom sauce, it was totally a hit

Ottima la scaloppina di seitan, sia come consistenza che come cottura. Metterei un po’ meno spezie nei legumi e nel cereale, perché non tutti gradiscono. Anche il megaburger e le patatine (credo fatte da loro) erano ottimi.
