Ensalada Seitán Andalusí

This was the healthy yet delicious raw veggie-filled dish I needed. It would have been better with mixed greens instead of chopped romaine, but I liked everything else about it. The seitan was quite salty but the sauce was light so it balanced well. #salad #seitan #andalusian #jenandryesagavemoon

Really excellent salad! The seitan was boldly flavoured, which complimented the freshness of the rest of the salad. The dressing was a nice simple yoghurt sauce. @jennyfaye #jenandryesagavemoon
