I had no idea what this was when it arrived😂 The tofu kinda looks like

cookies and cream, but it's soooo good. It's really smooth, covered in a crispy deep fried (?) skin that offers a great textural contrast, and keeps the tofu piping hot. There isn't much charcoal flavor but the dish certainly looks very cool. The tofu is actually delicious on its own and I don't necessarily think it pairs well with the cabbage, which is slightly sour, but the dish is pretty and the components are tasty.
