really yummy Chinese soup with a big mushroom chunk and many small peach gum bits!

My favourite double boiled soup dish thus far because it’s really fragrant, herbal and flavourful!

The peach gum added a unique contrasting texture to the other less chewier components of the soup.

Overall, I wish they provided more cordyceps, but it’s a really good bowl of soup that warms the soul on a rainy day :’)


This soup is part of the 5-course set menu, again not too many vegan options

so decided to go with this. Not bad, flavourful and tasty enough. For the set meal, this will be served right after the appetiser and before the main dish.

PS: their dishes individually are quite expensive it’s a better deal to go for the 5-course or the 8-course meal.


This soup was actually very nice and rich, with a full herbal flavor and lots

of cordyceps.
