One of the dessert as part of the elemen classic menu. It is usually served

cold tipped with coconut ice cream (not vegan) but I requested it to be made hot as I prefer this traditional dessert to be consumed hot. It is totally not sweet at all (good for those without a sweet tooth) as I think the sweetness would be balanced if paired with the coconut ice cream instead. Wish they would have the option of adding some coconut cream instead for vegan options but that said, still a satisfying way to end my meal!

Incredible. The purple rice had evidently been cooked for a long time and melted in

my mouth every spoon I took. It wasn’t overly sweet (which is good for someone who’s a minor sweet tooth) and a nice way to conclude your dinner. I had to ask for the coconut ice cream to be separated though, since it was not vegan. Gave that to my friend instead!
