Fruit Rojak

Went to try the improvised menu in Elemen and I was definitely satisfied :))

Refreshing fruit salad with pineapple, apple, dragon fruit, strawberry, cucumber and churros. Topped with a

sweet and tangy rojak dressing.

I’ve always loved elemen. This dish surely doesn’t disappoint the crunchiness of the peanuts go

along really well with the freshness of the fruits (I feel like remy from ratatouille, whenever I eat here).

Would highly recommend it to everyone who wants a healthy vegan meal 😊

Simple mixture of fruits. Not the typical black sauce dressing though. It’s tangy and refreshing.
